All About Eric
Eric Maloney is our new contributor to On That Note, covering the music scene
in Chicago. He is a music critic/journalist from Chicago, IL (by way of Boston
and New York). He writes a column called "Uncommon Ground" for America
Online's music webzine, MusicSpace. He also covers out-of-area artists for
the Portland, OR based Northwest indie magazine, J.A.M. and covers Chicago
for Tourdates.com, one of the world's largest music websites. He is a
contributing editor for Original Cool, an international roots/swing/rockabilly
magazine. His work has been published in the Rockabilly Hall Of Fame, Lexicon,
and InterMixx magazines, and his writing covers artist profiles, record reviews,
performance reviews, and the occasional editorial rant. I know that Eric's
contributions will add a whole new dimension to OTN. Welcome Eric!
